My partner, myself, and our baby boy all stayed at Iberostar Selection for 3 nights and we loved it. Upon arrival, we were offered a welcome drink and the reception staff were so attentive and lovely. Our bags were taken up to our spacious and light suite, and we were impressed with the attention to detail. It was my birthday, and the hotel manager kindly offered us a table at their 7th-floor restaurant Katagi, which didn't disappoint. The food was excellent, and the all-you-can-eat buffet was one of the best I have ever had. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their faces. Upgrading to the "Star prestige" was well worth it, as it gave us access to the adults-only rooftop area with a pool and sunbeds. The gym was good and the breakfast was great. A very clean and upscale hotel with excellent value for money if you like 5-star accommodations.
